The sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.How to sow Organic Cut & Eat Cress Sprouts -Spicy Mix: Sprinkle the seed in a thin layer on a seed tray and rinse it carefully under the tap. Fill a glass dish with water up to the bottom of the grid and place it in a dark room with an average room temperature (20 - 22 degrees Celsius). Change the water daily.You can also fill an empty butter container with wet cotton wool and sprinkle the seeds on it. If you keep the cotton wool moist, you will enjoy your cultivated sprouts before you know it. After five days the sprouts are 3 to 5 cm long and are ready to eat.
